Orders received on Fridays (after 7.00pm) through to Mondays (before 7.00pm) will be processed on the Monday.
UK BANK HOLIDAYS
Please note that we do not process orders during UK public bank holidays. Orders will be processed on the first working day back.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our logistics team deliver between 6.00am and 10.00pm, Monday - Friday. We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery, however our Customer Care Team are happy to track the consignment if requested, or can arrange time deliveries upon request. Please contact us for further details.
** Next Day Delivery is available in certain postcodes of the UK only, please get in touch with us to check your delivery postcode. Next Day Delivery is based on delivery during the next Allpack working day following receipt of the order. It is dependent on 3rd party carrier performance being maintained and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that Allpack cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or residential addresses.

Delivery outside of the UK Mainland (Ireland, Europe, Americas, Asia, Australia) will incur additional delivery costs. Please contact us to obtain a delivery quote to these locations.
SAME-DAY DELIVERY
A same-day delivery charge is based on delivery area and vehicle size. Please contact the Customer Care Team for a quote and specific details.

*Free delivery is available on all orders over £200 ex VAT.
All orders under £200.00 ex VAT incur a small order charge of £15.95 ex VAT.
